Up A Level
A bright, playful website for York's city-centre gaming café – showing off everything there is to play and making it easy to book a table, a party or the private room.
A great café stuck on level one
Up A Level is packed with games, food and good times – but the website needed to show that off, speak to every kind of player and turn visits into bookings.
So much to do, hard to explain
Consoles, board games, D&D, darts, Lego, parties, events – visitors needed to get it all at a glance.
Something for everyone
Families, students, casual players and competitive gamers all needed to feel it was a place for them.
Booking had to be quick
Groups wanted to check a time and book a table or room in a few taps – usually on a phone.

A fun new venue on Feasegate needed a website with as much personality as the café itself.
